CasaGrande in Travemuende

In this restaurant you will find very tasty food in reasonable portion sizes at a reasonable price. We were with our 2 year old child, the staff was very accommodating and the little one was valued as a full guest. We would like to come again. The Casa Grande will always be on our daily program in the future when we are in Travemünde.

Both the quality of the food and the service were completely convincing. Not to forget, the remarkable location directly at the fishing port make the CasaGrande a worthwhile choice.

There were five of us at Casa Grande several times. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food was mostly very good. However, the portions are sometimes a bit small, especially in relation to the price. Reservations are only possible for 6 p.m. or 8 p.m. in the evening. When we arrived at 7:55 p.m., however, we had to stand in the passage for 20 minutes until our table, which was reserved for 8 p.m., was free. It is also sometimes very tight, tables for four are sometimes occupied by five people. We also noticed negatively that the employees do not wear masks. Although there is currently no mask requirement for service staff, in some restaurants the wait staff still wear masks to protect the guests. There is also no need to fill out a slip with contact details, although this is currently required by law. The minimum clearances for table occupancy are also ignored and it is very warm in the interior, which at least raises doubts about adequate ventilation. Since the Casa Grande does not adequately protect its guests and does not meet the legal requirements, a visit during Corona times is unfortunately not recommended.

We went here for dinner last night. The food was delicious. I only gave it 3 stars because the entire staff served without a face mask! Without question, it is not a MUST, but the necessary distance between the staff and the guest cannot be maintained. Legislators recommend that staff wear face masks. Then you should do it too! Despite the good food, my wife and I will not visit the restaurant again for the time being.

Everything was really perfect! The ambience - simply beautiful, cozy and stylish. The staff - fast, friendly, helpful and professional. The food - delicious, nicely presented, quickly on the seat and warm There really is nothing wrong with this restaurant! Thank you for the lovely evening!

I have seldom experienced such great service. The location is super furnished and the place right by the harbor is beautiful. The minestrone was done perfectly, the pizza was just fine.

We were with 4 people in Casa Grande. Staff very courteous, just great. Location very chic and modern. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Goat cheese starter very tasty Main course seafood salad inedible all seafood pickled in vinegar everything tastes sour, whether mussels or squid. Staff did not respond to my review responds. Pizza very bland more tarte flambée batter to crisp. Spaghetti Scampi tasteless. Paid 170 euros and ticked off very disappointing.

Very nice ambience and nice service. Extremely thin pizza, some don't like it, too little topping for the money. Gorgonzola noodles were good, cheese clearly not enough. Here you pay for the ambience and the view of the Trave.

Cozy atmosphere and very tasty food. Brisk service. Reserving is an advantage. Always my pleasure.

I was there on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020 for a friend's birthday party. We were treated very friendly and courteous, even "special requests" were implemented quickly and easily. I had a delicious pizza Frutti di Mare :) We ate outside on the terrace and had a very good time! I can only recommend this restaurant, because the price / performance ratio is right

Were eating 8 a few days ago. Everything was delicious, we didn't wait too long for the food and the service was very friendly. Extra requests weren't a problem either. And of course a great view of the haven and generally very nicely decorated. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great restaurant with a large terrace located directly on the Trave with a view of the beautiful yachts. The food is delicious, the service very attentive and friendly. All in all, a very worthwhile visit, highly recommended.

Great view, the food was rather below average. The noodles were too soft, the vegetables way too soft. The pizza was okay.

We are on vacation in Travemünde and wanted to try the food there. Unfortunately we could not eat on site and picked it up. The service and the staff were super nice, unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all. A salad for 14.90 €, which unfortunately could not be called a salad. Too bad and after all the recessions, we thought it would be super tasty.

Great view and a menu of fish, meat, pasta and pizza. However, a bit too distanced for our taste. The pizza was too dry, because it was very thin and biscuit and was not fully occupied.

Very nice service! Pizza is delicious, could be bigger! Price Performance 1 star deduction! Nevertheless to be recommended!

It was good but quite expensive

Spontaneously went in and were not disappointed. The service is totally attentive and gives you the feeling to be really welcome. The food is delicious. You can tell immediately that here gastronomy and hospitality really understood and lived werden.Gerne again!

Super tasty Italian! Price-performance ratio is also great. And the view of the Trave from the terrace is wonderful! A clear recommendation!
